Warm Bamboo Massage teaches students how to apply therapeutic techniques and massage movements utilizing heated bamboo instruments to warm the tissue and relax the fascia while working in an area. This course covers how to warm the tools, apply them to the body in a therapeutic method while addressing a full body session and finally, sanitization of the tools used.

• History and Contraindications

• Lubrication and Draping

• Equipment Set-up, Safety and Maintenance 

• Posterior and Anterior Warm Bamboo Massage Techniques

• Body Mechanics and Bolstering

• Communication and Terminology

• Benefits, Marketing and Certification

A non-refundable deposit of $140 is required to hold your spot. Once you complete the registration process, a confirmation email will be sent to you. The remaining tuition balance is due 2 weeks prior to class. Upon completion of this course, you will receive 16 credit hours, which you can apply to your NYS LMT registration renewal, NCBTMB certification, AMTA or ABMB renewal, and Florida State Massage Therapy renewal.
