ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

This statement was last updated on July 1st, 2025.

Bodywork Education (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all visitors, including people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

Our Commitment

We strive to make our website and online learning platforms accessible to individuals with diverse abilities. Our goal is to provide equal access to education, mentorship, and resources for all massage therapists and professionals who use our services.

Measures to Support Accessibility

We take the following measures to ensure accessibility of our website and programs:

  • Designing content with accessibility in mind, following Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 where possible.

  • Providing alternative text for images and graphics.

  • Using clear headings, structured content, and descriptive links.

  • Offering captioning or transcripts for video-based learning materials (when available).

  • Ensuring courses and forms are navigable by keyboard.

Declaration of partial compliance with the standard due to third-party content

The accessibility of certain pages on the site depend on contents that do not belong to the organization, and instead belong to Vagaro. The following pages are affected by this: All of the detailed course pages, class schedule page and by registering for any in-person (Live) course. We therefore declare partial compliance with the standard for these pages.

Limitations & Alternatives

Despite our efforts to make all pages and materials fully accessible, some content may not yet meet accessibility standards. If you encounter any barriers, we are happy to provide alternative formats (such as PDFs, transcripts, or live support).

Requests, issues, and suggestions

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and programs. Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement:

Ongoing Improvements

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We are committed to regularly reviewing and updating our digital content, training our staff, and ensuring new features and course materials are created with accessibility in mind.
