Experience the transformative power of Ashi-Thai, an innovative approach to traditional Thai stretching that incorporates an overhead bar system alongside the therapist's feet and body. This unique method eliminates the strain of heavy lifting, avoids bending at the waist, and significantly reduces wrist discomfort during compressions. Explicitly designed for Ashiatsu therapists, Ashi-Thai enriches barefoot massage techniques by introducing dynamic new strokes and facilitating deeper stretching within their practice. Your clients will adore these techniques and will return for more!

The Ashi-Thai workshop is thoughtfully organized into two comprehensive modules: the posterior and anterior modules. Throughout the workshop, you will learn to apply techniques that align with traditional Thai energy lines, offering stretches that elongate muscles and relieve tension in frequently used muscle groups. Clients often report an increased range of motion, decreased tension, and a profound sense of overall balance and well-being after treatment. By the end of this course, you will possess a distinctive skill set that will undoubtedly leave your clients impressed and eager for more.
